These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the 10-Prompt AI Visibility monthly audit service.
Service
10-Prompt AI Visibility is a manual monthly audit for B2B SaaS and AI tool companies. Each billing month includes one 10-prompt visibility audit across ChatGPT and Perplexity, a brand and competitor mention matrix, observed source/citation gaps, five priority fixes, and a practical 30-day action plan.
Price and subscription
The launch plan is $49/month. Unless canceled, the subscription renews monthly through the payment provider. Delivery starts after payment and complete intake details are both received.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate intake details, including the brand or product name, website URL, category, target buyer, core problem, competitors or alternatives, and delivery email. Delayed or incomplete intake details may delay report delivery.
No guarantee
The service provides timestamped manual visibility checks and recommendations. There is no ranking, traffic, citation, sales, revenue, or positive-mention guarantee. AI answer engines can change their results, sources, and ranking behavior at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation, abuse, spam, harassment, or attempts to misrepresent the audit as an official endorsement from ChatGPT, Perplexity, OpenAI, or any other third party.
Confidentiality
Customer reports are private by default. We may use anonymized learnings to improve the service, but we will not publish customer-identifying report content without explicit permission.
