Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellation, and billing support work for the 10-Prompt AI Visibility monthly audit service.

Subscription cancellation

You can request cancellation at any time by emailing lvheguo5@gmail.com with the email address used for purchase. Cancellation requests are handled within 2 business days. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals; it does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

Refunds before work starts

If you request a refund before manual audit work has started, the payment can be refunded. If intake details are incomplete and you prefer not to continue, contact support before audit work begins.

Refunds after work starts

Because the audit is a manual service, completed reports and in-progress manual work are generally non-refundable. We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, mistaken purchases, failed delivery, or other clear billing errors.

Renewals

The plan is a $49/month subscription. To avoid the next renewal, request cancellation before the renewal date shown in your payment receipt or subscription notice.
